 THE POWER OF WORDS

Have you ever spoken something out of your mouth that you

wish you never had said?

Life and death are in the power of the tongue. Whatever you

talk about the most is what you build your faith in.

Out of the abundance of your heart your mouth will speak.

Your words decide your future.

Do you know that what you are today is what you said you

were yesterday? And believing what others have said?

Anytime somebody has your ear they influence you

How much have you been influenced by listening to the

wrong voices? Words create pictures in your mind. Those

pictures help your self- image. Self-image is your self-

portrait; it's your mental image of you. It's the way you see

yourself.

Self-esteem refers to our personal evaluation or opinion of

our worth, competence and importance. When does your

self-image begin? The minute the doctor said gives you to

your mother the brush starts painting on the canvas of your

mind. How? With words spoken over you. Three areas that

shape who you are 1. Appearance 2. Performance 3.

Words have an amazing power It can make a person confident, strong and courageous and It can make them the opposite hesitant, weak and afraid. Positive words have a good effect on people, because It develop self confidence and It make the the unconscious mind immune to negative things! As for the use of negative words such as "you are an idiot", it may very badly affect the...

Power Of Words   Words have a lot of power. Words have the power to inspire, teach, comfort, and lift. On the other hand, words have the power to damage and demolish,  agitate  and irritate, chastise and condemn, disgrace and denigrate. An individual is believed to utter between 10 and 20,000 words on average each day.  This means that we have a ton of opportunities each day to say something positive or bad; the option is entirely up to us.   The Influence of Words Despite frequent assertions to the effect that "those are just words," it is well recognized that words  have the ability to  alter the course of events. One word has the power to entirely alter the meaning of a phrase or to add depth.  As demonstrated in the "The Power of Words" film, it's not what you say, but how you say it.  ‘ I'm Blind please help ’  was written on the placard of a homeless man who was begging for change. The passing people did not pay any attentio...
