Words is such a powerful thing. It can build and lift, comfort and calm, teach and inspire. To the opposite, words can destroy and demolish, criticize and embarrass. It has been said that in an average day a person speaks somewhere between 10,000 and 20,000 words. Which means that we have tons of chances every day to say something positive or to say something negative, the choice is totally up to us. After a period of time of only seeing the bad side of himself, that person begins to see only the negativity in others too. He becomes incapable of seeing the good side of others and instead he only complain and condemn. Then, he makes everyone around him feel miserable too.
